For the on-prem Report Server you can run a scheduled refresh every 1 minute if you want. It’s a bit misleading, but if you choose the “Hour” option you can specify 0 hours and as many minutes as you want. This test schedule that we setup internally runs every 3 minutes and works fine for us.

In conclusion, keeping your reports up-to-date with regular data refreshes is crucial for informed decision-making. With Power BI Report Server, you have the flexibility to run scheduled refreshes at any frequency, including every minute if necessary.

While it may seem misleading to select the “Hour” option to specify minutes, it is a workaround that can be effective. With these tips, you can ensure that your reports are always current and provide accurate insights for better decision-making.
